DreamApply is a tool the whole team can use confidently. Everyone knows how it works, so we can share tasks easily without worrying about who’s responsible for which part. It shows us exactly where each application is in the process, and even prompts students when documents are missing, making the process easier for everyone. I especially value the templates. Instead of rewriting the same emails every day, we just select the right template and send it. That saves us time and lets us focus on what matters most: working directly with students. DreamApply’s support team is another big plus. Whenever I have a question or an issue, they respond quickly and are happy to jump on a call if needed. Our advanced master’s programmes are quite unique. We don’t aim for mass applications but rather for quality and diversity. DreamApply helped us streamline the whole process and made teamwork much easier. Everyone can access what they need, and we have a better overview of each candidate, including their work experience. I use the ranking view daily. It gives me a clear picture of where applicants are and how things are progressing. We want students from different regions, not just one dominant nationality. DreamApply supports this by letting us personalize the process based on citizenship. For instance, applicants from India or Vietnam often need more time for document checks. With DreamApply, we can give them the right information at the right time so they’re well-prepared by the start of the semester. The integration with Flywire has also made a big difference. Payment tracking used to be a mess with a lot of manual effort. Now everything is automated, from invoicing to payment confirmation, which saves us time and keeps things organized. And the collaboration with DreamApply has been ongoing. We keep adjusting things as needed and feel we’re growing together. That kind of partnership means a lot.

The number of applications keeps growing. We’re talking about thousands of applications in one intake.  DreamApply makes it easy for applicants to apply and for our team to handle applications. It saves time within the admissions team and lets us focus on internationalization activities.

DreamApply has become absolutely essential for our admissions work at Corvinus University. It's hard to remember how we managed before. It's truly crucial in our day-to-day operations. One of the biggest favorable outcomes we've seen is the status feature. Specifically, sending out entrance exam links, a task that used to take hours, now only takes about ten minutes. Since we started using DreamApply, managing applications has become much more effective. The system allows us to label each step of the application process and send automatic reminders to students, significantly easing the entire process. Our feedback is more than positive. SRH started to use DreamApply a couple of years ago, and we really made this decision based on the system optimization. It is very important that the system our team uses doesn't create additional work but actually lowers the workload of our admission team. We especially like the features in the system that have reduced the actual work of our admission team members. Reminding people of their missing documents, reminding applicants about deadlines and the next steps—all those steps can be automated, and the system uses a lot of those optimizations. We really like the ability to pull data and evaluate data in the live system. We are able to manage our funnel on a data-driven basis. And of course, as a university, we work with recruitment partners, with country managers, with the admissions team and with academia. It was very important to have a system where those stakeholders have access to it, and we don't spend unnecessary time moving files from A to B or sending files and applications to A to B for review.

DreamApply allows us to have all roads converge there, and then it becomes a hub from which our students can find everything else that they’re looking for. So additional information, other tools, support… Everything heads to DreamApply and then leaves from DreamApply. It works as a sort of hub or fulcrum for all of this kind of movement and communication.

Compared to when we first implemented DreamApply, the number of our applications has grown 4 times. We receive a huge number of applications each year, and DreamApply is essential for us to manage such a high number of applications. The feature that we use the most when managing the applications are the tables, because they allow us to have a comprehensive overview of all the applicants and their applications. We also use the tracking system quite a lot. We appreciate the entry points, the information channels and the trackers because we want to know whether our marketing efforts are paying off, where our applicants are coming from and which channels they are using to get to us. Once they (the applicants) are on DreamApply, we are able to track everything they do through the journal. We can follow the progress of their applications, give them tips and guide them in order to make the process as smooth as possible for them.

We’ve had DreamApply since 2019, which is now 5 academic years. In the 19/20 academic year, we had 700 applications. Now, in the last academic year, 23/24, we had 7800 applications, which means 10 times more than 5 years ago. Our academic offer has increased, and our international marketing team has done a great job, but I also believe this success is thanks to DreamApply, which serves as both a great admissions tool and a marketing tool for several reasons. The most obvious reason is that it provides a window so everyone can click and see our offers and programs. DreamApply is very user-friendly, both for admins and applicants. It's easy to go through an applicant, an application and follow its life.
