Enhanced communication with applicants and task management

Jessica Luchetta, an Admissions Officer at the University of Pavia, says DreamApply has changed her work life.

According to Jessica, one of DreamApply’s standout features is its ability to consolidate all applicant information and communications onto a single platform.

An important point for me is that we can manage all the applicants in only one platform because there are 6 people in the admissions office, and we are divided into three different areas,” she explains.

Jessica says she appreciates the ability to send bulk emails to applicants, which has increased the speed of their outreach. For Jessica, the user-friendliness of the software means she can use it based on her in-moment needs, which is why she recommends the software to fellow admissions professionals.

Here is Jessica’s testimony where she shares more about her favorite features and how she uses them to fill gaps in student enrollment.
